Your whole workday, collected in one place — and summarized for you
WorkTracker gathers what you actually did across your calendar, email, chat, code and project tools into a single timeline, detects what you worked on and which projects were touched, and writes AI summaries you can turn straight into tracked, billable time.
No card required to start. Single user during the trial — invite your team once subscribed.
How it works
Three steps from scattered activity to a reviewed, tracked day.
Connect your tools
Every person connects their own accounts in a couple of clicks. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown again — not even to admins.
WorkTracker assembles your day
Activity syncs on a schedule and is grouped into meaningful items: a chat thread is one item, a day’s commits on one feature are one item — not fifty rows of noise.
Review, summarize, track
Read the AI digest of your day, see which work has no time on it yet, and push it to your time tracker with one click.
Why WorkTracker
Built for people who work in ten tools a day and still have to account for every hour.
One timeline for everything
Meetings, sent email, chat conversations, commits, pull requests, tickets, board moves, document edits and timesheets land in one day view — deduplicated against the time you already tracked. How the timeline works →
Knows what you worked on
A daily digest lists what happened as concrete, trackable items and flags activity that has no time on it yet. Project suggestions learn from how you tracked similar work before, so each day is a review — not an archaeology dig.
A kanban board your AI agents work
The day view suggests follow-up todos from what actually happened — add any of them to your personal kanban board with one click, next to the ones you write yourself. From there every card moves New, In progress, Blocked, Review, Completed. Flag one as an AI task and your own agent works it and hands it back for review; the rest you drag yourself, connect time entries to, or send to Jira, Trello or your calendar. Plan together, execute on your board
Shared projects for the whole company: group todos into epics, order them, mark what blocks what and read the plan as a dependency timeline. Take a todo and it lands on your personal board — labeled, assigned to you for everyone to see, and ready for your AI agent. Complete it, and the project offers the next one. More about projects →
AI summaries at every level
Each email, conversation, page edit and commit group gets a short summary in your language — and the whole day gets one too. Hover any item to see what it was about without opening five apps. More about AI summaries →
Your AI, your choice
Every user picks their own AI provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini — or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself, like Ollama, so analysis can stay entirely on your own hardware.
Contents are never stored
Email bodies, chat messages and DMs are fetched only for the moment the AI reads them. WorkTracker stores the one-line summary — never the content itself. Connector credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Read our privacy policy →
Syncs with your time tracking
WorkTracker can synchronize with your external time-tracking applications — detected work links to existing entries automatically, new time pushes with one click, and edits propagate without duplicates or drift. How the sync works → Moving from Toggl? Bring everything over in minutes →
Your AI agent can use it too
A built-in MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and any other agent read your timeline, check tracked time and manage your todos — with a personal, revocable token and a todos-only write surface. Connect your agent → Meet wt-worker, the scheduled AI teammate →
Know what your AI agents cost — and who has quota left
Every machine reports which AI harnesses it runs and how much of each subscription is used, admins see the whole team in one utilization matrix, and every agent run records its token cost on the todo. AI todos go only to members who opted in — and spread toward the subscriptions with headroom. See AI usage & utilization →
Your identity provider, your sign-in page
Every company can connect its own OpenID Connect provider — Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, Nextcloud and more — and gets its own branded sign-in page to share with the team. One click at your own login link, no extra passwords. More about company SSO →
Connects to the tools you already use
Seventeen integrations and counting — each user connects their own accounts, including several workspaces or organizations per tool.
