Imported time anchors the day

Time entries from your time tracker anchor each day. Detected work (meetings, tickets, commits) is matched against them with deliberately conservative rules; anything uncertain stays a work item until you decide.

From detected to tracked in one step

• Add time to any work item — it moves into the day’s timeline right away.
• Copy an entry as a new one, on the same day or any other.
• Hide the noise or mark it never tracked, so totals stay honest.

Counted once, never twice

Work linked to an imported entry appears as context under that entry instead of inflating the totals, overlapping meeting time counts once, and re-syncs can’t clobber what you corrected by hand.

Company-level import and migration

Operators can connect a whole Toggl workspace with one admin credential — including a full-history migration that brings years of entries into WorkTracker, each attributed to the right person, converging cleanly with personal connections. The full story is at /features/toggl-sync.
