Connect Toggl once, at company level: paste a workspace admin’s API token and WorkTracker reads every member’s completed time entries through Toggl’s Reports API — each one attributed to the right person by email.

Teammates without a WorkTracker account are created as pending accounts that accrue their history immediately and are claimed with a normal invite. Nobody has to install anything or connect anything themselves for the company to be up and running.

Up to ten years of history in one run

Tick “migrate full Toggl history” and the first sync walks up to ten years of entries. Big migrations run in the background — the connector row shows a running state and the outcome — and the import is idempotent: a full re-sync can be repeated at any time and simply refreshes every entry in place, never duplicating one.

Projects and clients come along

• All workspace projects and clients — archived ones included — land in the company registry automatically, with the project-to-client links intact.
• Every entry gets its project name resolved, even private projects nobody had to join, so budgets, filters and the monthly per-client reports work from day one.
• Only projects actually deleted in Toggl stay without a name — exactly as they do in Toggl itself.

It stays in sync — both ways

After the migration the connector keeps syncing in the background, every 30 minutes by default, so Toggl and WorkTracker never drift apart. A member who later connects their personal Toggl account converges on the same entries — no duplicates.
