Every tool, one day view

Toggl, Microsoft 365 (Teams + Outlook), Google Calendar and Gmail, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Trello, Notion, Nextcloud Talk and Excel timesheets — each person connects their own accounts, including several workspaces per tool, and the day assembles itself.

Grouped into items that mean something

• A chat thread or a burst of messages in one channel is one item — not fifty rows.
• A day’s commits on one repository and one piece of work (ticket key or conventional-commit prefix) are one item.
• Mails sharing a subject collapse into one thread row.

Deduplicated against tracked time

Meetings already tracked in Toggl count once — overlapping clock time is never double-counted. Work items linked to a Toggl entry appear as context under that entry instead of inflating the totals.

Company-level collection when you need it

Operators can also connect Toggl at company level: one workspace-admin credential tracks the whole team, including a full-history migration — with every entry still attributed to the right person.
